10:30 am - 2 pm. Do something different with Mom this year. Join local Beading Artists Linda Craine and Debbie Connell and create a Lariat Necklace out of glass/silver beads. Beading will be followed by a demonstration class on French Onion Soup, Chicken Crepes, Raspberry Clafouti. Includes typed recipes. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's. Susie is a graduate of The Culinary School at Kendall College in Chicago and honed her skills at Chicago's top restaurants and cooking schools for 17 years.
